What we collect

• What you type into the questionnaire: names, addresses, dates, amounts and notes about your rental.
• Your email address, to deliver the letter and handle refunds.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What we use it for

Only to make and deliver your letter, answer your emails, process refunds, and keep records the law requires. Your letter is filled in from a template using your answers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't contact your landlord. We don't add you to marketing lists unless you join the waitlist, and you can leave any time.

Who else handles it

Stripe (payments and receipts), FormSubmit (delivers form answers to our inbox), Cloudflare (hosting, privacy-friendly analytics with no cookies, and email routing), and Google Gmail (our inbox). The free checker runs in your browser and sends nothing.

How long we keep it

Questionnaire answers and letters are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
